Compatibility of Cypress, FileTree, STIG ?

I'm trying to exchange code between VW and Pharo, but STIG does not seem to generate the same properties, and puts comment at the start of method files instead of the method category name, which confuses FileTree on the Pharo end.

Any suggestions?
