ConfigurationOfPier3 not loading in Pharo 3

Hi,

I tried to load Pier3 into a Pharo 3 image and I failed because a dependence missing:

This package depends on the following classes:

You must resolve these dependencies before you will be able to load these definitions:

anyone experienced same behaviour?
