Confusing "ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS" error

It you try to rename a file to a file that exists you get an already exists error.

The problem is that the file name used in the exception description is the source file name

and not the target file name. So, when one tries to analyze a exception description,

without a stack trace, it is more difficult to determine what the problem actually is.

Please change the exception description to include the target file name.
