Hello everyone,

Have any one tried to use the PostgreSQL over SSL connection ?

According the PostgreSQL documentation ( http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.4/static/ssl-tcp.html )

17.8. Secure TCP/IP Connections with SSL

PostgreSQL has native support for using SSL connections to encrypt client/server communications for increased security. This requires that OpenSSL is installed on both client and server systems and that support in PostgreSQL is enabled at build time

I wonder if it at all possible to connect to the PostgreSQL from VisualWorks while using the SSL ?

As Usual any information is greatly appreciated.
