Cuis-NamedColors released

With the latest updates to class Color [thanks Juan!] it was time to clean up the release of
        https://github.com/KenDickey/Cuis-NamedColors

The README has been updated and the packages renamed.

It was pointed out that names like XKCD.pck.st are not very meaningful, so the names have been changed to XKCD-NamedColors.pck.st and so on.

You should install updated through 1600 to be safe.
