Curious about Seaside implementability of Pivotal Tracker

I was asked this by management, and don't consider myself a fluent Seasider,
so ...

How many days/weeks/months/... do you think it would take a fluent Seasider
to build something like Pivotal Tracker? Don't count all the no-doubt
difficult usability decisions involved.
