D5.1.1 Bug -- The Save as Ugly Name Blues

RT Happe
When you save the fresh 5.1.1 image somewhere as "a1.2.3+bcd4.5.6",
Dolphin writes corrupt files and omits the img extension.  In particular,
the sources in .sml go missing, and when I tried it just now the wannabe
image was empty.  (It's more annoying when the image is okay beside the
name, you rename all three files, start Dolphin, ... and run into dozens
of "source currently unavailable" inscriptions somewhere down the road.)

hi

i see Dolphin 5xx fail when you save  using + characters into as name of
destination file.
i guess the name be truncated up to prohibited character (+ in this case)
best regards

pd: may be is posible to rename image before exit or save with diferent
name,  short name .

I'll record this as an issue, but in the meantime can I suggest you follow
the infamous Doctor's advice (i.e. "Don't do that").
