[D5RC1] CHB Rename Temporary

Steve Waring-2
The accelerator key CTRL-R, in the CHB only, is not registered to the Rename
Temporary command. The problem can be seen by drilling down through the CHB
menuBar: Workspace/Refactorings/Rename Temporary. The commandDescription has
0 for its acceleratorKey.

Thanks,
Steve Waring

The Ctrl+R accelerator of the Dolphin 5 betas is no longer used. All rename
operations are (or can be) initiated using the context-sensitive Rename-It
command, which is bound to the F2 accelerator. The presence of Ctrl+R
bindings in the menus of the browsers other than the CHB is a cosmetic bug
in RC1.

Very handy!

FWIW: The advanced tips #4 and #13 refer to it.
