Andy,
If you run d6 help on a machine that has the old Education Centre installed,
it tries to load help from Education Centre instead. Which usually results
in page could not be displayed errors because the file refence doesn't exist
(The html file requested inside the help file)
Maybe have D6 load its help config from a different registry setting or
something? *shrug*
