I really loved the tabbed browsing metaphor... but I'm a tab hog... I keep
opening them up and often build up 10 or more in an ideaspace (I notice the
same with others using Eclipse and IntelliJ as well by the way).
When you cross a particular boundary - selecting a class in a tab can cause
the UI to jump to two lines of tabs, and there is a distracting redraw as
it does this, which can then happen again by clicking on another class (with
a shorter name) causing it all to collapse again.
For tab hogs like me - I quite like the Eclipse approach - they just maintain
1 line of tabs, and just have a button at the end ">>more" which when clicked
drops down a menu with the names of the tabs that don't fit.
Can I add a distant feature request for this?
