Hello all,
I'm still in the early stages on this one, but, if it sounds familiar, I'd
appreciate a push in the right direction. It looks like Win98 machines
configured with IE5.5 (or there abouts) have some kind of problem with name
resolution until I run Internet Explorer. If this really is what's
happening, then my guess is that IE calls some of the higher level Internet
functions that get things moving. Comments?
