DNU: with PackageBrowser in IdeaSpace

- Open a new IdeaSpace
  - Embedd a PackageBrowser
  - Select a Package
  - Show Contect Menu
  - Try to display the "Changes" subMenu
  - BOOOMM! IdeaSpace DNU with #hasPackageSelected (I assume command
routing is incorrect)

Thanks for this. It has been fixed, along with another couple of STS
bugs that I found whilst testing it out. Please download the latest
setup program which announces itself as 2005.6.0.2 (Beta 2a).
