DOLPHIN and .NET/CLR

I guess this is for Andy or Blair.

Are there any plans to make Dolphin .NET (read CLR) compatible.  I
just attended a seminar on .NET and people mentioned vendors making
all sorts of languages to support CLR including Smalltalk.
