DSDN

After Ian answered my post about ServerSocketMonitor, he mentioned the News
Archive and DSDN, which I had been meaning to install, but just hadn't
gotten around to it...

If you are doing any Dolphin development, and don't have this tool
installed, I urge you to download the news archives, get the education
centre zip (The link from Bills page is wrong, just change the domain part
of the link to Ians new site), load up the DSDN package, and now you have
the single most useful knowledge base on Dolphin ever.

I wish I had done this a lot sooner. I had just been relying on google
groups, and wasn't aware of the historical limitations, plus the fact it was
a tool outside of dolphin...
