Deploying a Pharo Application (non-web)

Everybody seems to be pointing to this (apparently out-of-date) page: http://squeakvm.org/win32/custom.html.

However, I cannot find the settings for warnIfNoChangesFile and warnIfNoSourcesFile in Pharo 5.0 in the Settings Browser. Where are they buried?
