Display Issue on Ubuntu and how to submit and edit a bug report

here is a bug report I just submited with a display bug i have with pharo on ubuntu 12.10

I cant edit my bug report , and I cant find anywhere a way to register an account.

Is there anything I am missing, a tutorial maybe ? is my bug report proper ?

Is there a way to edit it ?

I have read the entry on pharo website and on the fogbuz

thank you both, I am a registered user now and I have edited my bug report with more info and a link to my pharo image. Yes I have read the relevant documentation.
