Hello again
As this might be not related to general cr/lf settings in MSWindows questions for github I start a new thread. I just installed a *.mcz package (Monticello) I had written in Squeak (Note aside: I have started as well a package 'CuisCompatibilityForSqueak', very few entries so far; the file-in went smooth, i.e. I actually had written Cuis code in Squeak). But all the methods now show a inverse paragraph sign at the end of the line. What has provoked this? How do I change this as it clutters the display with visual noise? Kind regards Hannes Attachment shows a screenshot of a method in a SystemBrowser _______________________________________________ Cuis mailing list [hidden email] http://jvuletich.org/mailman/listinfo/cuis_jvuletich.org ParagraphMarks.png (38K) Download Attachment |
I realize that this is not an issue for my workflow at the moment.
After I have installed a *.mcz package coming from Squeak (on MSWindows) I indeed have the paragraph marks in all the source texts. However I then save it as a *.pck.st (Cuis package). I quit the Cuis image without saving and then after I have loaded the Cuis packages the marks are no longer there. So it works fine for me adding code from Squeak. --Hannes On 1/22/13, H. When porting code from Squeak, keep in mind that doing cmd-a,
cmd-shift-u converts all line endings to Lf. If you do that on the editor at the bottom of the FileList, you can convert a change set or .pck.st file at once. You can't do that on MC packages, as they are zipped. Cheers, Juan Vuletich H.
