Dolphin 4.01 will not accept my serial number

I have sent several emails and received no response.

I sent this as an email earlier.
I downloaded the Windows installer  and installed it.
I downloaded the Dolphin 4.01 Professional download.
I installed the software and started Dolphin 4.01
It will not accept my serial number.
I originally upgraded from 3.0 with WDK+ADK+Database+Sockets
I tried including their keys in the lower list box.
I tried without.

I need help with this.

Just a thought. If you upgraded to D4 when it was first released then you
should also have received a replacement serial number about a week later,
issued because of a problem on the OA web site. I got mine on November 28.
You have to use this replacement serial number as the original will not
unlock 4.01.

Andy set me straight. He reminded me
that there had been a replacement serial number
issued. I used that, and the keys from the 3.0
products and all is well.

A little bit of panic and decompression from
not having Dolphin for 24hours.
