As promised at Smalltalk Solutions:
Announcing a pre-release of Dolphin Spray, which is a project that
implements a SOAP server on Dolphin Swazoo. It's written by a fellow named
Steve Waring from Australia.

http://www.dolphinharbor.orgIt seems to do really well against the interop tests that are available out
there.
I expect that it shouldn't be too difficult to port to other Smalltalks, it
does depend on MS XML but you should be able to plug another parser in with
minimal work.
The official release should be late this week or this weekend- we're hoping
to upgrade the dolphinharbor box from its current anemic 200mmx cpu to
something with a bit more oomph.
So feel free to kick the tires a bit and let us know how it goes!
