DolphinSure by itself...

The DolphinSure mechanism is bundled as part of the 4.0 commercial Dolphin.
I am installing Netscape 6 (Gecko-driven) and needed to rearrange my
plug-ins.  Is there some place I can get DolphinSure by itself?  I have
code keys and such.
