Download page is broken

Hello! Trying to open 'Download' page at:
http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/main/developer-community/non-commercial/non-commercial-version/
I get:
"Sorry. Error 404: Page Not Found

I'm sorry, but the post or page you're looking for could not be found.
It could be because of our recent re-design. Here are a couple of

Hi James, It does not work either. It just allow to fill the form asking for the DVD copy, but it doesn't offer to download the product.
