Drop #fixCallbackTemps?

Hi

With Pharo and Squeak finally having closures does any dialect do
anything in #fixCallbackTemps?

If you're thinking about removing it, why not leave it around for a while?

There could be quite a period of time before everyone is running
closure-aware VMs (am I right in remembering that the current images
will still use Contexts with a non closure VM?). Given that the bug
can be pretty subtle, it would be better to err on the side of not
introducing it for some users.
