Early Access updates

See PR #11[1] for full details... mainly a slug of tODE bugfixes and
updates to the Seaside project scripts.

Includes bugfixes for the "broken `project list` and missing `--git`
option on `project entry` and others ...

To update:

   $GS_HOME/bin/updateGsDevKit -g -i -t
   $GS_HOME/bin todeUpdate <stone-name>
