Eating our own dogfood: New VM

I caught myself already last week not using the new VMs from

        http://files.pharo.org/vm/pharo

It would be nice if you could discard the old cogVMs and use
the new builds from our build server.

AFAIK Esteban has been the only one in our team that did this :P
