Environments does not keep generations of bat.icx.bak

jtuchel
The title says it all.

If you use the feature to copy a fresh bat.icx into your environment, it will always copy the existing image to bat.icx.bak.
So using the feature twice throws away the old bat.icx.bak that was taken before.

In many cases that is okay, but now I had one where I'd needed the second-last image...

I mean of course abt.icx and abt.icx.bak, but my Mac's spell checker wants me to either talk about bats or ants rather than Smalltalk
