Error when committing on SmalltalkHub

I get a ZnResponse(400 Bad Request text/html 512B) when trying to push
on SmalltalkHub from the Monticello Browser in 1.4
Am I the only one experiencing the issue?

I navigate a bit on Smalltalkhub to see if it is possible to manually
upload from the web but it seems that the feature does not exist.
