Expand/Collapse Also Causes Double Click

In the Dolphin Options window, open up options on the Class Hierarchy
Browser.  Select looseMethodColor.  Click twice rapidly on the "+" next to
looseMethodColor.  It will not only expand and contract, but also open the
Color Picker.  It probably should only Expand and Contract.

On further review, it does the same thing when you double-click on the word
looseMethodColor.  In that case perhaps it should just open the Color
Picker.
