Explicit class SmalltalkEditor

I also like the idea of an explicit class SmalltalkEditor (see [1]).
Maybe we can include this refactoring in pharo too.

Yes this is a nice idea.
Now I'm flooded by work and holidays.
I will continue to allocate some time to kill some pending items.
and if you send us code I will give a try to integrate them.
