ExternalDropHandler vs. FileServices

These two seem to do the same thing. Anyone know the difference? Should we remove one?

Yes we should clean.
In fact I pushed the work of Romain Robbes about service description in
Squeak back then.
I liked the idea that every tool should describe how other tools can use
it.
Now the idea did not take it.
THe ExternalDropHandler is just for external file while ServiceRegistry
is a more generic services.
So I would probably keep and improve the generic one.
