ExternalWebBrowser

Hi,

I uploaded a new version of ExternalWebBrowser to
squeaksource. I did changes for better handling
of the browser on linux. But I'm not in favour
of having a Mac. Could anyone please test this
release and give some feedback. Windows would also
be appreciated.
