First Splash: Ctrl-c bug

I tried to copy 3+4 to workspace using ctrl-c - didn't work. The copy
menu and dragging both worked fine.

Hmm.. this is because the HTML Help windows don't have a Ctrl+C
accelerator defined. short of dropping the use of a help window and
using a browser instead, I'm not sure there's a lot that can be done
about it.
