Hi!
There were problems creating node builds (cli, test runner). Partly
because of packager setup wrong on Amber side, partly because wrong UMDs
testing module before define that fail on require.js, that failed.
To tackle this, new versions of amber-dev, amber (0.16.1) and
grunt-init-amber were released.
As usual, `npm -g install amber-cli` to make `amber init` create
projects with these new fixes.
