Changes:
Status changed from 'Work Needed' to 'Resolved (Fix Review Needed)'.

So basically I added :
- EyeInspector which is the current inspector but based on spec.
- the new spec inspectors into Andrei's debugger

Then, I optimized Andrei's debugger spec and changed it a little so the window looks like the old debugger.

I changed initialExtent of Andrei's debugger so it does the same thing as the old debugger. This method may be refactored.

Note : I modified the close method of the debugger because the EyeInspector create a background process that updates its object every second, and this process has to be killed for the 2 debugger's inspectors when the debugger is closed.
