I discovered a weird behavior of the CMD + D shortcut on Pharo 2.0 (that is not present in Pharo 3.0 by the way).

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a fresh 2.0 image
- Open a System Browser
- Select a class
- Press CMD + D

Now, the selected class will magically disappear (i.e., removed from the system) without asking for confirmation (i.e., dialog).

In my opinion, this shortcut should be either
- deleted, since CMD + X does the same but prompts a dialod ;)
- have a different behavior, anytime I press CMD + D I would like to *duplicate* the class, not to delete it.
