To reproduce:

1. Filter the repository list using the search box. Filter such that an item that isn't at the top of the list is the only visible repo.
2. Select this repository and click 'Open'
3. Observe the title of the resulting window

In my case, it's my package-cache, i.e. the item at the top of the list when the list is unfiltered.
