This would be okay for pharo-ui but pharo is meant for the command line.

pharo -help on the command line should write the options in the shell window and not in a popup.

e.g.
[Philippe.DELLGFX] → java -version
java version "1.7.0_11"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_11-b21)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 23.6-b04, mixed mode, sharing)
