To reproduce, create method :
foo
a := 1.
On save click 'declare new instance variable'.

You got the error :
OCRequestorScope(Object)>>doesNotUnderstand: #vars:

First time I tried the image slowed down and crashed after some time. Cannot reproduce it though.
