Since we still have problems with the vm and mouse events, basically seems to convert a scroll up/down mouse event in ctrl up and down keypressed.
We use arrow left and right for node navigation.

ctrl right goes to next sibling from left to right
ctrl left goes to next sibling from right to left
ctrl shift right goes to first children
ctrl shift left goes to parent

Because we change the default behavior for enable this configuration we add a configuration that the user can enable throw setting browser under Code browsing category "AST Navigation".
