If it does not have mouse focus, PluggableTextMorph closes completion menu on keydown. But mouse focus is not relevant here, but keyboard focus.

Fix:
Ideally, the completion menu should process the scroll key and then give keyboard focus back to the text morph. Without this, once we begin to scroll through the menu, we can no longer edit the text in the text morph, but this is a start, and greatly improves workflow.
