One of the frustrations I was having with Penelope was that after clicking <Register> it would just return to the home page [1].  It would be useful for the following page to notify the status as 'A confirmation email has been sent to [hidden email]' or 'Account already exists' or similar.

Though maybe you can't easily get that status from Fogbugz, in which case I guess this should just closed 'won't fix'.
