In Nautilus, when no class is selected, right-clicking in the code pane (as you would if you were copy-pasting a definition from an online example) then the context menu shows only debug menu items, as seen in the attached PNG file.  

It is useful to be able to paste class definitions into the code pane, and would be better without being required to first select some random class, to enable the context menu (even considering the option of shortcut keys).
