Title: Add command line commands for managing the preferences
Status: Work Needed

https://pharo.fogbugz.com/default.asp?115711. If you quit, you have to add a subcommand, otherwise the behavior is very unpredictable since you have
--no-preference
which is just a modifier and
--preference-file=
which is NOT a modifier but behaves like a subcommand. For me that is quite a bit of a mess for the limited application outside Sean's image problem I see. BTW, you could solve that by having a Jenkins job with a modified StartupPreferences which only takes the current directory into account.
2. Why would you have to specify more than one file?
--preference-file=
should do, since you overwrite it with a custom file where you can deal with further inclusion.
