Scenario:
- open the browser and add a new instance variable "annotation" to "Class"

Working in
- Pharo 2.0 this gives a warning "Class should not be redefined."
but the system gets recompiled

Problem in
- Pharo3.0 Latest update: #30393 this gives the error "Should not happen"
If one clicks Proceed the system hangs
