I think this is a typical bug that we should fix for the next release:
-> only one person saw it
-> not in a part of the system often used
-> not reported even though Pharo2 is out since early this year.
-> the mail to pharo-dev about issues in Pharo2 did not lead anyone to comment on this to let us know that this is extremely important --> therefore it is not.

So I categorise this as a bug to be fixed in a later version.

Of course, if someone fixes this for Pharo2 we will be happy to include the fix
