The complete linux specific platform sources are available here https://ci.inria.fr/pharo/view/3.0-VM/job/PharoVM/Architecture=32,Slave=vm-builder-linux/ so I really cannot help you more.

It's a chicken and egg problem otherwise, the VM sources are built from an image and so forth. And there is really no reason to store the generated sources in the github repository.
