Another round of update.
added #serverName to sslSession.
fixed #certificateName: sending ' ' on nil string instead of '' causing the plugin to still keep a string instead freeing the certificateName. added tests for these two properties (ZdcPluginSSLSessionTests).

Added #testSNIPage to ZnHTTPSTests.

changed ZnClient >> #setupTLSTo: to not check certificate against nil, just set it.
wrapped the serverName: in an error catcher so that it can be implemented for VMs that uses a plugin that fails to set the serverName
