JenkinsTools-Core cannot work directly on bootstrapped image. Problems:

- depends on initialized RPackage organizer. We should add an option to run it on all classes without touching of RPackage
- selection of RPackage
- depends on old File API and MultiByteFileStream
- depends on #tab message on these streams
