In the past people did experiment with translating keywords (like ifTrue:, do:), but that turns out to not really work that well... it can make sense in certain contexts (e.g. when you want to make a special end-user language), but it is quite impossible to do that automatically in general. For UI,it is of course very good to have. We do have already some infrastructure, but some digging around and dustin off might be needed. The best is to send a mail to the pharo-dev mailing list to coordinate/get tips.
