FogBugz (Case [Issue]20554) OSWindow - oswindow freeze original pharo window on MS Windows

The new oswindow open properly. However, the original Pharo window is completely frozen. It cannot respond either to mouse or keyboard - I tried the "Alt-." shortcut to recover it, without success. Moreover, When clicking on the newly created window, an error pop-up in the original Pharo window. As Icannot interact with this window anymore, I cannot see what is wrong. Expected: I would expect the original window to be still responsive after opening a new oswindow window. I was able to reproduce it on 2 different windows Machine, using 2 different examples. System used: windows 8.1 Hardware: Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
