I cannot provoke new Delays with the <code>Keychain</code> / <code>Cookie</code>. Where does that happen during the pharo release process?

An additional remark: Strangely all the pending Delays produced by the Cookie have screwed up ending times. It looks like that these Delays haven't been properly signaled upon image startup.
